For the actual work of the fishmeal factory, we divide the waste steam into two categories, namely organized waste steam and unorganized waste gas. The so-called organized waste steam is a large amount of water vapor generated from the cooking machine, dryer and other equipment in the production process. The waste steam is characterized by a temperature of up to 95C and a relatively high concentration. Unorganized waste gas refers to odorous gases from raw material pools, production plants and warehouses. The gas is characterized by low concentration and low temperature, but the gas volume is quite large. According to the location and specific conditions of the customer's factory, we will divide the organized waste steam treatment process into two supporting schemes. The following is a process description and process block diagram for the two kinds of waste steam treatment supporting schemes.
Matching scheme process description one
A large amount of organized high-temperature waste steam from the fishmeal production equipment is collected into the deodorization tower after being collected through the closed pipeline. After being sprayed by a large amount of cooling water in the way through the deodorization tower, most of the high-temperature waste steam is quickly The temperature is lowered, immediately condensed into water, mixed with cooling water and discharged, and the particulate dust in the exhaust steam is thoroughly washed. Then, it is sent to the water removal filter by the action of the induced draft fan to remove the water vapor part of the remaining waste steam, and finally is sent to the deodorizing ion photocatalyst, and under the double catalysis of the ion lamp tube and the ultraviolet lamp tube, the exhaust gas is exhausted. The odor molecules in the process are completely decomposed and finally meet the emission standards.

Matching scheme process description two
After a large amount of organized high-temperature waste steam from the fishmeal production equipment is collected through the closed pipeline, the temperature is cooled and condensed to reduce the temperature of the high-temperature waste steam to 40C. Condensing method According to the specific conditions of the customer's factory, air condenser and tube condenser can be selected respectively. The air condenser uses a large amount of outside air as a cooling medium to indirectly exchange heat with the high-temperature exhaust steam in the air condenser heat exchange tube; and the tubular condenser uses cooling circulating water to carry out high-temperature exhaust steam in the tube. Cooling treatment. The two products can be supplied independently or in combination. After the waste steam is cooled down by cooling, about 90% of it has been condensed into water. The waste steam condensate is sent to the sewage treatment system of the factory and discharged after being treated to the standard. The remaining exhaust gas after cooling is sent to the circulating deodorization tower by the action of the induced draft fan, and the particulate dust in the exhaust gas is washed by the spray water to prevent the dust from affecting the treatment effect of the deodorizing ion photocatalyst. After removing the water vapor through the water removal filter, the deodorizing ion photocatalyst is concentratedly fed, and under the dual catalysis of the ion lamp tube and the ultraviolet lamp tube, the odor molecules in the exhaust gas are completely decomposed, and finally meet the emission standard requirements. .
